This activity is done by the team that manages your e-commerce catalog (e.g. Shopify agency or internal IT team or outsourced IT service provider managing your e-commerce installation).
Go to your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Products. Ensure that your products have the Size variants configured.
In the Category metafield section, locate Target gender as shown in the screenshot below.
Upload the gender information.
Save the products.
For Bulk Editing
Filter or select all the products you want to edit.
Click Bulk edit in the top right corner.
In the Bulk Editor window, click Columns and choose Target gender under the Category Metafield.
